While we wait for the February Box to arrive, we have decided to share some ways on how to make your kitchen more French!
Since we are all spending more time at home, it is important to make our spaces cozy and enjoyable. If you love all things French, then here are some tips to help add a French touch to your kitchen.
One thing that every French kitchen must have is a good linen torchon (tea towel). We personally love these linen chequered towels that are available on the MFCH Boutique.
If you are looking for a literal French touch, check out these Elysée tricolored hand and tea towel set!
One thing that the French do not kid around with, is their butter. It is always nice to have a nice way to present it and we suggest using a cute butter dish like this copper cloche.
If you are looking to add some decoration to your walls, it is always great to add some antique paintings or copper pieces. Either way, you can’t go wrong and both will add that warm, cozy, French touch.
Another great thing to add to your kitchen to make it feel a bit more French is a good set of stoneware bowls. These can be used to hold ingredients on your counter, or to use as serving bowls for your guests.
Lastly, but certainly not least, it is essential to keep a delicious set of dried herbs in any French pantry. The most essential is of course, Herbs de Provence. We have a lovely selection of sets of herbs on the MFCH Boutique!
We hope that you enjoy our tips on how to make your kitchen more French!
