five holiday tablescapes we love

Fall is in full swing, which means that the holidays are just around the corner. However the festive season will end up being this year, a pretty table is sure to boost the spirits.

We put a list together of five holiday tablescapes that we love and hope you will, too!

Now this is how you set a festive table! Author and blogger Courtney Allison elevates her dining chairs with beautiful linen covers, enhancing both comfort and winter vibes. The table itself is tastefully decorated with evergreen, simple metal candle holders and elegant dinnerware. We love the chic ambience of her holiday tablescape.

If you don’t follow Courtney already, we suggest taking a look at her French Country Cottage Blog.

This stunning tablescape is done by our very own Sharon Santoni. The moody, romantic vibe is complete with a cozy fire and flickering tea light candles. Simple foliage and a fruit bowl centerpiece give that added special French country home touch we all love.

Find out how to lay this gorgeous tablescape in the Nov/Dec 20 issue of MFCH Magazine.

Faux or fresh pomegranates add contrast to the greenery, and author/blogger Tieghan Gerard does it well! She uses simple white plates with gold flatware to add a pop of holiday cheer, and her gingerbread cookie name tags give each place setting a wow factor. We love this fun yet sophisticated tablescape – who says decorating has to be so serious, anyway?

In addition to tablescapes, Tieghan also shares yummy recipes. Check them out HERE.

Janine Waite dazzles us with her white Christmas-inspired tablescape. Her inspiration was to bring in brighter decor to make up for the long, dark days of winter. We love the French country touch she adds with a soup tureen plus a bit of sparkle with her flatware.

For a large family gathering that feels both approachable and special, stick to a simple color palette and nature-inspired materials. It will not only look beautiful, it will make things a bit easier on yourself! Home curator and blogger, Ceres Murcurio, added gold flatware for a little dash of shine – what’s not to love!
