The Box N°25 is curated around the New York Times Best Seller Book, An American in Provence by Jamie Beck.

For each Box, we reveal one brand that will be included and we could not be more excited about this one for our February Box.

In this Box, we have included something very pretty from the Parisienne-based brand, Sezane.

Sezane’s story technically began in 2013, though it all started when founder Morgane Sézalory’s sister moved to London and left Morgane with all of the clothes, bags, and shoes that she didn’t feel like packing. While growing up, in an attempt to find unique pieces to wear, she often hunted for vintage pieces in and around the city of Paris. On a whim, she took all of her items and put them on eBay, not thinking that this would be the start of her professional life. Although her plan was to finish school in the political science field, she found that she had a knack for creating a beautiful image and selling that image to people around the world.

After her eBay store took off, she launched her own site, Les Composants because she was tired of going to the post office every day. Morgane then started to launch only 100 unique pieces per month and would give her followers a rendez-vous to purchase. During each drop, her items sold out within two minutes. Fast forward to 2013, Morgane shifted away from vintage pieces and took what she learned about fabrics, and decided to launch her own label, Sezane – the name is a contraction of her first and last names. The new brand offers vintage-inspired blouses, great blazers, jackets, and accessories. One thing she kept from her old company is her selling model, with a rendez-vous each month. But you will still need to act fast as items sell out very quickly! She originally started with one location in Paris but now you can shop Sezane in Aix, Lile, Bordeaux, New York, London, and Madrid!
