A “Bastide” is a traditional manor house in Provence and the center of family life in the south of France. This brand was born out of a love for all things Provence, but specifically the natural soaps, scents, salts and oils inspired by gardens in the summer and simple bath, body and beauty rituals.

 

All of the ingredients are sourced in Provence and carefully selected for their natural potency.  Bastide works exclusively with eco-certified artisans to ensure that everything they make is good enough to eat.  Initially, the brand was a personal project for Frédéric and Shirin, but they quickly realized they wanted to support the artisanship of Provence and to share this healthy authentic lifestyle all over the world.
