Elegance and Excellence

I love the MFCH boxes. They are beautifully packaged and I open them slowly, savoring the experience. Sadly, two items of my November box were damaged in route. I contacted MFCH – not asking for replacements – but just to let them know. Within 24 hours I received an email from Sarah, who said they were sending replacements! Even more surprising was that the replacements arrived in less than a week – from France!
The whole experience was ideal from the elegant box to the quick, caring communication and customer care. I recommend the MFCH boxes. This is the type of company that should be supported.
