Founded in Paris in 1993 by Francis Gelb, a goldsmith by training, Sabre has built its reputation on cutlery that is both beautifully made and designed for daily life.

Each 18/10 stainless steel serrated blade pairs with a handle of genuine olive wood, unique in its grain and markings.
